Brooklyn, NY – Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident at Flatlands and Pennsylvania Aves

Brooklyn, NY (December 13, 2020) – Around 11 p.m. on Saturday night, December 12, a fatal hit-and-run accident occurred in Brooklyn.

According to police, the accident took place at the intersection of Flatlands Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. At the time of the crash, a gray BMW was traveling south when it struck a Toyota Camry that was headed east at the intersection.

The driver and passenger in the Camry, who have not yet been identified, were both taken to the hospital but pronounced dead while there.

The two men in the BMW immediately got out of their vehicles and fled the scene of the crash. Police did not confirm if they have found those responsible for the accident.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the collision continues.
