Queens, NY (October 15, 2021) – At 8:05 p.m. on the night of Friday, October 15, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Queens.
According to Queens officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of the Jackie Robinson Parkway around the area of Metropolitan Avenue. Several vehicles were traveling in the westbound lanes of the highway when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured in the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
