Insurance coverage available to the defendant

Settlement, representing all of the insurance coverage available to the defendant, in a case where our client’s car was sideswiped by the defendant’s car. Defendant claimed our client was the one at fault, but we were able to show defendant’s negligence through deposition testimony. As a result of the collision, our client sustained an aggravation of degenerative disc bulges of his spine which required two fusion surgeries.
