Staten Island, NY (March 20, 2021) – Around 8:50 a.m. on Saturday morning, March 20, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Staten Island.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Burton Court and Rockland Avenue. Two or more vehicles collided in the area due to reasons that are not yet known, leading to serious damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One person, who has not yet been identified, was taken to Staten Island University Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
