Partial loss of vision

Our minor client was a front seat passenger in her father’s car as it traveled down Stewart Avenue in Nassau County when it was involved in a collision with another automobile. As a result of the collision, the airbag deployed striking our client in the left eye and causing a traumatic injury resulting in loss of vision. Following complete discovery that included thorough depositions and hiring the appropriate air bag experts, we were able to obtain a just result for our client, prior to selection of a jury.
