Queens, NY – Multi-Vehicle Collision in EB Lanes of Roosevelt Ave

Queens, NY (June 10, 2021) – At 11 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, June 10, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred in Queens.

According to police, the accident took place in the eastbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard around the area of the Grand Central Parkway and College Point Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The accident led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.

Paramedics and numerous other local Queens responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was closed in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
