Brooklyn, NY – Three Injured in House Fire at 19th St & Ave N

Brooklyn, NY (July 7, 2021) – At 11 p.m. on the night of Tuesday, July 6, a serious house fire led to injuries in three victims in Brooklyn.

According to FDNY officials, the incident happened when a fire broke out in a home at the corner of 19th Street and Avenue North. Approximately 12 fire units and 60 members were called to the scene to help put out the blaze.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene. A total of three people inside the home, who have not yet been identified, were injured. Two of these victims sustained serious injuries and one received minor injuries.

Fire crews had the fire under control around 11:41 p.m. The area was blocked until that time.

The investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues.
