Brooklyn, NY (October 13, 2021) – At 7:50 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, October 13, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Brooklyn.

According to Brooklyn Police, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-278 around the area of 38^th Street. Several vehicles were traveling on the highway in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.

Brooklyn, NY (October 11, 2021) – At 1 a.m. on Monday morning, October 11, a man was killed in a pedestrian accident in Brooklyn.

According to police, the accident occurred on the Belt Parkway around the area of the Pennsylvania Avenue exit. A man was driving his BMW i8 in the area when his vehicle suddenly rear-ended a Honda Pilot. Police arrived at the scene to help. At that time, a Nissan Rogue traveling at high speeds struck the rear of the police vehicle. The cruiser slammed into the driver on the side of the road who was standing next to his vehicle.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The driver who was struck, identified as 35-year-old Peter Tse, was sent over the guardrail and onto the highway, sustaining severe injuries. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan, identified as 35-year-old Audrey Edmond, is now facing charges. These include manslaughter, DUI, speeding violations, and more.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.

Staten Island, NY (October 10, 2021) – At 1:52 a.m. on Sunday morning, October 10, a pedestrian accident occurred on a roadway on Staten Island.

According to FDNY officials, the accident happened near 94 Harbor Road. A pedestrian, who has not yet been formally identified, was walking in the area. They started to cross the street when they were suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle that was driving in the area. The vehicle allegedly remained at the scene following the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian was seriously injured in the accident. They were rushed to the hospital for treatment, though their condition is not yet known.
